Shipping policy
Normally we ship hair by FedEx or DHL, which is very fast and item supposed to arrive your door within 2-4 working days to most normal countries all over the world.
Shipping Address Reminder
1. Express doesn't accept any address with P.O. Box or APO/FPO.
2. Pls ensure your address is correct, changing address after parcel left factory will cause extra fee.
Customs Tax
It is decided by the different country's policy and should be paid by buyer. You could leave us a message about the value that you want us to write when placing the order. Usually we write the hair as "hair sample" and much lower value about $10-$20 on the package. And sometimes our delivery partnership may write "Synthetic hair" on the shipping invoice to avoid the high import tax fee, but all our hair and wigs are 100% high quality human hair guaranteed, so pls ignore the information. We do this just to help you avoid the customs tax as possible as we can. You will get the original hair as your order shows.
